I’m delighted to announce that in addition to our regular columnists, and partly in reaction to what many of you said in the Readers Survey, I have recruited some new regular columnists to West Ham Till I Die. I believe they will really add something to our output this season, and bring something different to the site. Here’s who they are…

Bianca Westwood
Bianca is football reporter for Sky Sports News and many of you will know her from Jeff Stelling’s Gillette Soccer Saturday. Bianca will be writing a column each Thursday.
Iron Liddy
Liddy is a regular commenter on the site and dozens of you asked me to recruit her as a columnist, so that’s exactly what I have done! She will write about whatever takes her fancy, hopefully several times a week.

Bob Ballard
You’ll know Bob’s voice from Radio 5 Live commentaries, and also from his superb work in the commentary box on swimming and diving events. He will be writing an occasional column, whenever he has a free moment! When he was on Radio 5 he never tried to hide his West Ham affiliations, which is why I liked him from the off!

David Croft
I first met David when we did stuff together on Radio 5. ‘Crofty’, as he is known, is now the voice of Formula One, but his heart still resides at Upton Park. He will also be writing occasional columns for us.
Brian Williams
Brian is a chief sub editor with The Guardian and has a book coming out on West Ham next year. He has already written three columns for the site and you can read him every Tuesday morning.
David Hautzig
David will be writing match reports for the site, which will generally appear within two hours of a game taking place. You can read his debut on the site HERE
Tommy Wathen
It’s a warm welcome back to the site for Tommy, who will be covering Development Squad, Under 18s and Ladies matches for us, together with a weekend preview of ll the games each Thursday or Friday. His first column was published earlier today HERE
Dan Coker
Dan will be writing in depth match previews for us, which will appear the day before each game.
You can read more about our new authors by clicking on their profiles. Some aren’t quite ready yet, though. Please give them all a warm welcome.
Just to assure you, I am taking a lot of notice of your comments in the readers’ survey. I’m not going to make wholesale changes to anything, but there will be gradual improvements throughout the next few weeks.
All the best
Iain
