I understand that Andy Carroll will be returning to the UK in the next few days.
Andy who has been rehabilitating in Belgium and Holland following the foot injury which has kept him out all season is likely to start light training at Chadwell health within days.
Ridiculous rumours have been circulating around social media suggesting he was out for the rest of the season and some claimed he would never play football again.
I’d expect the club will soon go into over drive to show pictures of Andy on the training ground running around but I also understand that he won’t be rushed back to the first team. He will need a mini pre-season and I’d expect to see him as a regular in the U21 Development games for some time before we see him on the first team bench.
