West Ham Till I Die

Bath Hammer

Too committed to West Ham to watch them live on TV

  • From: Bath, United Kingdom
  • Born: 1946

About me

Supported West Ham since the late 50’s Watched all the home FA cup ties in 1964 by acquiring tickets from Geoff Hurst!

How I came to support West Ham

Lived in Barking, local team, father was a headmaster in Plaistow.

My best West Ham memory

Plenty but one memory is the year Liverpool got promoted to the first division. We had a terrible start to the season & were bottom. We had a Monday night home match against Liverpool who were on top of their game. We won a very competitive game with a goal from Tony Scott.

The best West Ham game I’ve ever seen

Probably 1980 FA Cup final
