About me

I'm from Norfolk. Been based in area all my life since growing up, leaving intermittently during 10 years in the RAF before moving back to raise family. Regular match attendee in 90's, less so as kids came along, hoping to get back more in coming seasons as my girls are growing up and need/want Dad around less.

How I came to support West Ham

I actually come from a family of mainly Arsenal fans including my Mother and brother, however one errant Uncle got me a Claret & Blue tracksuit for my 5th birthday and that was me easily bought.

My best West Ham memory

Being at Wembley for that Vaz Te moment.

The best West Ham game I’ve ever seen

Am still not entirely over it - but I always cite the 2006 cup final as an example of everything that can be great about being a football fan just purely for the range of emotions through those 2-3 hours.
