Bloody hell. 1625 comments on the previous thread. Clear sign of unhappiness! So we won 5-3 on penalties and squeaked through to the third qualifying round. But let’s look at the match stats. We had 62% of the possession but only had 8 shots to their 13 and only one was on target. This is against a side which is probably of League 1 status.
So we meet Romanian side Astra Giurgiu in the next round. I just hope we are away in the first leg. The last thing we need before our first Premier League game is an away trip in Eastern Europe. UPDATE: Bugger. We’re at home next week.
