Played in the right central midfield position Diame is a very powerful and useful player. But surely no one can doubt that Alex Song is an upgrade in quality. (SJC)

20.10 West Ham are one of three London clubs linked with a move for 27 year old Getafe winger Pedro Leon. Leon is said to be in London ahead of finalising a PL Move. But to which club? The other candidates are QPR and, possibly even, Chelsea! The Chelsea link is apparently based on the fact that Mourinho signed Leon in his first season as Real Madrid Manager.
