Just Who Are West Ham's Shareholders

Earlier this month West Ham’s holding company WH Holding filed a form with companies house to update who their share holders are.

2000 shares have been issued for the holding company and this who owns them

Conegate Limited 250 shares 12.5%

Conegate is David Sullivan’s principle company with a turn over of £15.2m & an operating profit of £13.8m. It owns assets principally property worth £246m
The company has made loans to WH Holding totalling £16.85m charged at an interest rate of base rate plus 5% but no less than 6%.

Roldvale & Associated 272 shares 13.6%

This a pension fund principally for David Sullivan. Roldvale’s principle business activities are management consultancy to companies as such as Daily Sport newspapers which is also owned by Sullivan, premium phone lines, race horses and the manufacture and distribution of adult products through it’s subsidiary Darker Enterprises.

David Sullivan 500 shares 25%

These shares were purchased from the Icedandic’s in July this year as part of a re-financing deal. David Sullivan’s combined shareholding including companies which he is principle director is 51.1%

David Gold 433 shares 21.65%

Gold Group International Limited 269 shares 13.45%

Gold Group International is the parent company of Ann Summers and Knickerbox. David Gold’s combined shareholding including companies which he is principle director is 35.1%

OTHER SHAREHOLDERS

CB Holding EHF 200 Shares 10% Share Holding inherited as assets through the collapse of the Icelandic Straumur Investment Bank.

Daniel Harris Settlement Fund 32 Shares 1.6%

Son of John Harris and Non Executive Director on West Ham’s board.

John Harris CBE 31 Shares 1.55%

Founder of the Alba group, a consumer electronics company with brand names Alba, Bush, Grundig & Goodmans

Terry Brown 13 Shares 0.65%

Former Chairman & Owner of West Ham United. Current Honorary Life President

Combined Shareholding not controlled by David Sullivan or David Gold 13.8%

Despite Karren Brady claiming she has a small shareholding in West Ham in an article she is not listed as a shareholder at companies house.
