Photo Diary 2017-18 Season Review Part 3 The Place

Apologies for the time gap between my previous post, but given we have less than a week before our first match of the new season, maybe now is the time to wet our appetite with the final instalment of my 2017-18 season review. My final post focuses on the stadium itself that has come to divide opinions amongst fans and the cause of some very strong views regarding match day experience. Personally as a photographer I like the stadium as it offers excellent opportunities for inspiration, both during the day and especially at the night time games. Hope you enjoy my post and I’m looking forward to getting back to documenting the match days and for some welcomed success this season given all the exciting changes over the summer.

Photo Diary 2017-18 Season Review Part 2b The Players

Here is the second instalment of The Players post from the last season. An opportunity to reflect on the highs and lows of the season at the London Stadium but to also see some of the players who will be moving on during the summer transfer window. Enjoy!

Photo Diary 2017-18 Season Review Part 2a The Players

This is the second instalment of my photo diary season review. I have decided to divide the players post into two parts. There seemed to be so many photos that I found were worth sharing again that it was difficult to edit them in to one post. Again the photos are in no particular order. Hope you enjoy!

Photo Diary 2017-18 Season Review Part 1 The Passion

Firstly I would like to thank everyone who has commented on my blog posts over the last season. There have been so many amazing comments and wonderful feedback that have just blown me away. Also, I want to thank Iain for the opportunity of posting my photographic diary of the season. I hope everyone has enjoyed the posts over a particularly turbulent season.

Now that the season has ended, the dust settled and a new manager in place that whets our appetite for the next season, I thought it would be great to review some of my best shots. I have divided my review into three parts starting with The Passion – images of us fans. From the highs and lows, to the match day experience to the feel of being at the London Stadium.

Part 2 will focus on the players and Part 3 will focus on the stadium itself. I will also add a further post later in the summer of my best shots that didn’t make the blog posts.

The photos are not in any particular order.

Hope you all enjoy!
