Dux going is the very best thing to happen since two daves arrived, the downside is we got that %&££^^&** moron brady now!
If there is a share of blameto apportion to the trouble we got into it goes to that gonad, Argy bargy - curbs - useless appeals, plus the guy had no love of west ham.
As for the future, A bit of stability and a little silence from the two daves over transfer targets will go along way to ensuring our position in PL,

Devo,
Stripping him of the captaincy would send such a powerful message that the arrogance, greed and excess of the pro game is no longer acceptable.
The England captaincy should be highly cherished, revered position. It is no longer acceptable to suggest what Terry does in his private life should have no bearing on his ability to captain his country.
Shagging an England team-mate's missus crosses so many boundaries it is indefensible. The guy is morally bankrupt, we know, and normally that would no impact on his ability to kick a ball or possibly lead his team.
But enough is enough. We have turned a blind eye to his family foibles, his drunkenness and oafish behaviour but I for one have just about had enough of the gut.
That said...the FA will adopt their normal position, close ranks and give the guy a pay rise. What a shambles.

Storrie needs to take a lot of the blame for the money Harry spent at Pompey. He was (is?) the CEO and, as such, would gave given the OK.

Dead right Tony. Every year people get excite about the January transfer window and then very little happens. In my view it should be scrapped and just have the one window in the summer - or don't have a window at all, just let club buy and sell whenever they want.

Andy, I think that his problem is that he seems to be limited to the Italian market. We need to cast out net wider to identify players and he doesn't seem to have the contacts. He is also, reportedly, on £1m per year!

I've shared your fears since the takeover Iain - for several reasons. I sincerely hope that GZ & SC stay on. I think GZ leans towards an Indomitable Spirit and won't give up on West Ham but fear that the new owners will make his position very difficult - especially seeing that the medical, and other, team(s) are being culled.

The John Terry story is about to break big time. It is an horrendous tale of a man with no self-control from a family with questionable morals.

I'm pleased he doesn't represent our club anymore. The question is; will he be stripped of the England captaincy?

I'm starting to doubt D&S's pulling power. Everyone else are making moves, even Pompey!!! Fair enough we aren't selling any one and McCarthy looks likey but I can't see anything but some last minute blush savers taking place. Victor Moses will go to a Championship side for about 1.5 to 2m, Begovic to Spurs 1m. Just a couple of examples of players who would be a great acquisition without breaking the bank. If we have a 8m kitty why does it seem we letting everyone around us strengthen without a fight, just the same old links to high profile players that will never come. I imagine we'll get Benni on Sunday and have a nail bitting Monday hearing nothing and wake up Tuesday to a press anouncement for a couple of aged has beens.

Smalling looks an athlete in the Rio mould. Tomkins not so agile with suspect passing abilities.

Believe what you will but i have a friend who's uncle is a football agent and is very close to west ham, i managed to get a chance to speak to him today and he siad that Benni McCarthy will deffinately be joining West Ham and it will be concluded this weekend, he siad that we are also in for a few other players which his friend who is another agent is close to. He said he will ask him about it but said he may not be able to let me know as he is very very busy at the minute, i can also confirm off west ham news that Danny Shittu will be joining Bolton, this is news before SSN get it so i can confirm that to you. I will do my best to keep contact with him but as he is busy it will be tough.
So it is great news on the Benni front, he also said that he felt Eidurs actions towards us was disgraceful as he had agreed to join us but then turned us away. I will do my upmost best to keep you all informed but with 3 days left, agents are extremely busy but i may be able to give you some deals after the transfer window say if we went for a free agent or something. Hope this helps a bit for everyone.
