I think you are being a tad harsh G. I was at the game and there was no doubt that Wiley had a stinker but to accuse a ref of dishonesty is plain out of order – remember, without the ref we don't have a game!
I was watching the game at a pub with an Everton supporter and he was fuming at Wiley for giving every decision to us so each fan sees things differently. However there’s no doubt that Berhami was fouled for their 2nd goal and also that Franco was not offside right at the end.
l thought l was the only one to see that.l was at the game,but l did not tape the game,so l couldn't watch it again,so l'm glad you mentioned it.That ref was so bad when we did score or deflection as they put it ,we were just waiting for the goal to be disallowed,and Saha 's goal was also a deflected shot ,but of course that was a superb goal all of his own making,because it was Saha!!!

94 minutes gone in the Everton game Franco beats the offside trap clearly scores and Wiley disallows a legitimate goal 46 minute,s gone at Wigan Carlton lobs goalie Kirkland diallows a perfectly good goal.
If we are relegated this man should appear before the human rights commission or the Old Bailey under the theft act of points stolen from West Ham,disgraceful!
