Right then. What's been happnin'? I've just spent the last hour and a half trying to get a piece of glass out of my oldest lad's foot.
Zola didn't read the bit about having an extra man in his "learn how to be a top class manager in 10 days" handbook.
Well Franco and Cole each scored in the first half. Sunderland scored on a free kick from about 22 yards just a couple minutes after Cole's goal. Right before halftime, Kenwyne Jones was sent off (undeservedly) for touching Ilunga's face. And the referee is really doing poorly in the second half. Cana should've been shown about 4 yellow cards thus far, lol.

if last week felt like a win, then this week feels equally like a defeat. we were woeful in that second half.
This will probably merit the normal 2mins on MoTD tonight. Very frustrating afternoon made worse by the poor streaming and the poor second half from the team.
Relieved with a point in the end. That was embarrassing. Not just that we failed to hold on to a lead against 10 men once again, but also the way we spent half the game rolling around on the floor crying. And bruce must be wishing he signed redknapp's missus, bent really should have had three! Not happy.
Andre Marriner -another joke of a performance. This clown gave Reading the goal that wasn't and sent Cole off against Wigan with two yellows. Today Cana has got away with 3 red cards and Kovac , like Parker last week is sent off for 2 non fouls – the first one giving Sunderland their goal.
The Premier league have got to address this consistently poor refereeing especially from this clown today. Absolute disgrace as was West Ham's 2nd half performance.

Not happy what happened in the second half . Zola had a bad day at the office he should have brought Diamanti on at half time. Three points down the drain.
Weird game. Sunderland get away with kicking CC from pillar to post, Cana gets away with a blatant two-footed studs-up lunge, one possibly two (not sure if it was a replay) last man professional foul. We go two up despite that, then Jones goes for smacking Ilunga in the face (and from what I saw, regardless of strength, it's a hand in the face, so straight red for violent conduct)
Then in the second, just like against Fulham, we come out against ten men and give up.
I seriously think that if the referee had conducted himself in the first half like he did in the second, we'd have walked away with a 4-0 win, at least and without the dubious burden of Kovac's suspension.
This has actually put me in an unusual and unpleasant situation: sympathising with Ferguson. Marriner was a disgrace today.
I am gutted!! Starting off as a winning team and finishing like a bunch of amateurs!!!

Probably would have taken a draw at the start of the game but after going 2-0 up and then playing the second half against 10 men I thought we would go on to win this one!!!

I have to say this but for all those that slated Lucah Neill, his leadership is desperately missing. That's twice poor discipline and lack of inspiration has cost us against ten men. Upson is no leader of men he has not got the respect of the others like Neill did, Long road home just like the rest of the season. CB Holdings, your investment is off down the swnny boys … cos if we go down your assets will go for nothing … and its bankrupcy for everyone …
this was a hard draw.. didn't Green comment after the cup loss that the team thinks they're better than they really are? But a good sign is: our goalscore 13-17 is way better than the other teams in the bottom. I think that time will sort out the table, and WH will enter "the middle swamp" around christmas.. a season ago we had the best defence, but didn't score any goals. Now we score goals, but… hmm.. We only lost one game more than 'pool and Burnley at 10th place got a goalscore at 12-22. Somehow I think that time is on our side, like the Rolling Stones song…

cant belive it, just cant,feels like a loss, its clear , 433 formation does not work, 442 does, thats how we got them 2 goals.
I know we're all disapointed at the moment but in all honesty i think if we were offered two draws from the last two games before hand we would of taken it.Obviously our old defensive weakness has returned, but unlike last season we are scoring goals so thats is a positive you ca'nt survive unless your scoring! Also what was Franco like just watched MOTD and he looked ok but you ca'nt really tell from five mins of highlites? COYI
Just watched MOTD and like most am really hacked off with the result ,but in all honesty i think we all would of taken two draws from the last two if offered before hand.On a positive note we are scoring goals at the moment and if we're are to survive it is vital we mantain that,obviously our defensive frailties have returned which is a worry,Upson and Llunga seem to have forgotten how to defend both last year were outstanding a return to form by both would see a change in fortune. Also i was wondering what Franco was like looked ok on MOTD but ca'nt really tell from just the highlites? COYI!
