Someone a while ago hit on the fitness issue. How true! last 15mins they ran us raged, we literally ran out of steam and almost came to a stop at the end! What is going on!?

I mentioned a while back about our fitness, it was after the Liverpool game! We gave so much agaisnt them that by 60 mins we were shot! Completely!
I have NO idea why our fitness is so bad this season!
After watching the Arsenal project dismember Olympiakos you all should remember if Zola can be given time and money to strenghthen and grow his business project West Ham could well be in the next 5 years and not 5 mins but honestly who would we want to replace him there is no-one and he does have the look of a very worried man but the players have to go out and give their all for 90 mins just to bring a smile back to his face.Fulham owe us and they have improved their team but equally they are not winning and honestly if all the boys put in a decent shift we will divide and conquer.
Since Ginge left we have let in 3 goals a game,over to you Steve Clarke sort em out!

Agree with Celtic about Liverpool – I love to see them lose – the Match of the Day Liverpool old boys act just makes it worse. I couldn't believe Hansen is now on MOTD 2 as weel – that was the best thing about the Sunday show – that none of the Liverpool tossers were on it..
I don't see why you should judge the current Liverpool team on the idiots like Hansen and big nose that used to play for them! Ok, the ex-Liverpool pundits are nobs of the highest order but the current team are a class act!
They don't cause any trouble and they are good to watch!
Aussie, selling Ginge was teh worst thing we could have done! To be honest, I think I would rather have seen Upson go!
I can't watch MOTD 1 or 2! They are so biased to West Ham it's unbelieveable!
Luckily I can watch Football First every Sat night!
One interesting fact though, which should be addressed is Cole! He has scored 4 goals in 6 games (ok one of them was disallowed by the patheic ref at Wigan) but that's 1 in every 1.5 games so far!

No matter what happens with us we either get put on last for a token showing on MOTD or if we lose to liverpool we get longer on TV but ignored completely in the analysis. To be honest I am as happy to be ignored by a miserated scotts git, a braying donkey like lawro and a jug eared crsip salesman!.
Refereeing standards in The Premier league have been poor for us but tonight the scousers and Rangers have been let down in their respective games and you know it certainly reeks of match fixing where there is big money on betting you look at sporting results and you wonder how they mugged everyone off ,optical illusion?
Couldnt be happier that liverpool and rangers got shafted by referees, couldnt happenn to two more deserving teams in my opinion!
I think we are suffering from the smear campaign launched by the media in the wake of the Tevez fiasco.
I dont want to sound like some internet conspiracy crackpot but the attitude or the media, match officials and neutral fans towards us has changed beyond recognition in the last couple of seasons.
We were always everyone's second team but we have suffered years of lies, mud throwing and false accusation at the hands of the media where we have been tried and damned without a single bit of evidence other than hearsay lies and conjecture.
Now when an offical looks at an incident he does so assuming that we are in the wrong based on our cartoon super villian reputation given to us by journalistic hacks!

Can't remember the last time we had a Penalty! Can remember the past few times we SHOULD have had one though!
What about Diamnte's falling oover act against the scousers then, Matt, after Zavon was bundled over by Carragher (and I've seen plenty of them not given, especially against the big 4)
Glad Rangers lost though! Can't stomach them!
