We need to look at players and guage if we think they could play for a top four team. Upson and Tomkins I would say yes, Gabiddon and Collins top ten only but that makes them good understudy's. Let's hope we see the emergence of Jordan Spence this year too, another great centre back prospect. I would like to see him have a this season as an understudy as you outlined for Tomkins. I think it is a no brainer that the starting pair is Tomkins and Upson with Gabs and Collins as back up and Spence pushing those two.
