Iain - The official site carries audio commentary from BBC London every match. You do have to sign up for a membership for a year (35 or 40 quid I think) but you get the audio and exclusive video interviews, archives, highlights and goal action after the game has been shown by Sky and the Beeb. I just watched the clip of DiCanio's wonder strike against Wimbeldon a few years back. Lovely memories! I've used it for a couple of years and it hits the spot when I'm away from TV. Fortunately, I only have to use it occasionally for live commentary. Here in the US we get to see West Ham live or slightly delayed most every weekend on Fox Soccer Channel or Setanta.

agree we shud not underestimate them. on the surface ,they seem like potential relegation fodder, but my concern is that we may take our foot off the pedal because the players see it as an an "automatic" 3 points. with many of our players having been away on in international duty i hoe curbishley will have been able to impress in such a short period of time how important the match is to our season. we need not only our first home win, but we need to cement aplace in the top 10 . this is the type of fixture we have to make sure we win. had we done so last season against teams like watford, charlton and fulham ,we d have never been in such a spot of bother in the first place. i d rather win this fixture ,as opposed to an away fixture at the emirtes or old trafford ,for example. it s time the club put behind it it s tendency to drop points ,even at home, against soft opposition. the road to bigger and better things starts with doing the business ,consistently, especially at home, in all the "winnable" fixtures.

go on the west ham
